What can we help with?
What happens when you book a visit?
Booking takes a couple of minutes, and you'll know who's coming and when before you hang up.
- 1
Tell us what's happening
Book online or call. A short description helps, such as "the furnace runs but the air is cool".
- 2
Get a name and a window
We give you a two-hour arrival window and your technician's name. They call 30 minutes before they arrive.
- 3
See the problem and the price
Your technician shows you what failed, explains it in plain words and writes down the price before starting.
- 4
Decide what happens next
If a repair will do the job, we say so. If replacement makes more sense, we explain why and give you time to think.
What does a quote from us look like?
Every line is priced and the guarantee is written down. When a repair will do the job, it goes first. Here's an example for a nine-year-old furnace that wouldn't light.

Common questions about furnace and AC service
How much does a service visit cost?
A service visit is $89. If you go ahead with the repair, the $89 comes off the repair price, so you never pay twice for the same trip.
How often should a furnace be serviced?
Once a year, ideally in early fall before the first cold snap. A tune-up catches worn igniters, dirty flame sensors and cracked parts while they're still cheap to fix.
Should I repair or replace my furnace?
Repair it if it's under 15 years old and the repair costs less than a third of a new furnace. Past that, it's worth planning for a replacement, but there's rarely a reason to rush it. We'll give you both prices.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Leave the house first, then call your gas utility's emergency line from outside. Don't flip switches or use your phone indoors. We can help once the utility says it's safe.
Is the furnace acting up?
Book a visit and we'll give you a two-hour window, a technician's name and a price before any work starts.
